I'm Justin Hayes, founder of Hayes Veteran & Global Solutions and a U.S. Air Force veteran now serving as a contractor with real-world experience supporting missions in various international locations.

My career has taken me from providing technical support for critical systems to aiding diplomatic operations and defense infrastructure. I’ve served in environments where reliability, clarity, and preparation were essential.

During my military and contracting career, I contributed to:

• Allied and U.S. missions in diverse regions

• Technical support for communications and systems

• Operations in support of major commands

• Infrastructure maintenance for essential facilities

• Technical operations for U.S. diplomatic missions

• Strategic defense initiatives

• Significant reinforcement efforts in Europe, supporting humanitarian operations

In all those roles, my job was to stabilize and predict complex systems. That’s exactly how I approach your VA and career path today.

But my professional background is only half the story.

Like many veterans, I had to navigate VA disability, VR&E, security clearances, work with DoD and DoS, and roles with defense companies overseas completely on my own: no handbook, no special treatment, no shortcuts. I filed my initial VA disability claim after leaving the military and was awarded 100% Permanent & Total on that first application.

I’ve lived the chronic pain, the sleepless nights, the anxiety before appointments, and the mental load of trying to manage your body, your benefits, and your career. I’ve done all of that while working overseas and building a stable, international life as a disabled veteran.
